We make the effort to go out every term, whether it be for a meal or a good old boogie on the dance floor.. with an occasional drink.. or two!

Dancing is a great way to help build up confidence. It takes a lot for some people to do some things most of us wouldn't even think about. Walking into a room and introducing yourself or coming across confident in an interview. Dancing in front of a bunch of strangers must be a terrifying thought to some.
Well, why not let us help you? We have many dancers that have found dancing can really help with self esteem and confidence.
